Weedkill is an emulsifiable concentrate herbicide containing 2,4-D Ethyl Ester 38%, a synthetic auxin herbicide from the phenoxy group. It is absorbed through the leaves and moves systemically through the weed, mimicking natural plant hormones to cause uncontrolled, abnormal growth that twists, weakens and ultimately kills the weed. Being selective, it targets broadleaf weeds and sedges while remaining safe on grass-family crops, making it widely used in cereals such as wheat, maize, paddy and sugarcane. It comes in a metal tin with a gold threaded cap, packed in a printed outer carton with Hindi usage information and a QR code, and is produced by an ISO 9001:2008 certified company.
